We Assess Your Site
We meet you onsite, walk through the property and discuss what you want to achieve. We assess the land, existing structures, access and site conditions to establish what the project will realistically require.
If the project isn't viable in its current form, we'll explain why at this early stage — before you commit to unnecessary design costs.
Design & Approval
Already have a complete design? We'll collaborate with your architect and engineer. If you're starting with an idea, we'll guide you through the next steps and connect you with the right consultants.
We'll also clarify the appropriate approval pathway and explain how it may affect your project timeline.

Engineers and certifiers are coordinated at each required stage, ensuring work is inspected and approved before construction progresses.
Fixed Budgets & TimelinesHandover
We complete a detailed handover inspection with you and address outstanding items before you move in. Your certificates, warranties and manuals are then provided together in one organised handover pack.

Why Isn't Your Quote the Cheapest?

Can We Live In It During Works?
Sometimes, particularly during a second-storey addition. It depends on the extent of work required to the ground floor. We'll assess the site and give you a clear, practical answer before construction begins.
What About Variations?
A variation is a change to the agreed scope. We price each variation and obtain written approval before proceeding, so you understand its effect on the budget and timeline.
