Design & Approval
If your design is resolved, we coordinate with your architect, engineers and consultants to prepare it for delivery. If you are starting with an idea, we establish the right team, scope and sequence to move it forward.
We identify the likely approval pathway early and explain its requirements, risks and effect on the program.
